BOSKI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BOSKI ("BOSKI," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Whitestone Labs, Inc. By accessing or using BOSKI, you agree to these Terms.

BOSKI is a personal AI agent and productivity application that helps users delegate tasks, manage goals, organize work, plan activities, and connect supported third-party services such as calendars, email, and related productivity tools.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use BOSKI.

You must be at least 13 years old to use BOSKI. In jurisdictions where a higher minimum age is required (such as 16 in parts of the EU/EEA), you must meet that higher requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use BOSKI.

You may use BOSKI only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and any policies or documentation we provide.

BOSKI may be provided as an early access, beta, testing, or evolving product. Features may change, be limited, be unavailable, or contain errors. We may add, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

You are responsible for your use of BOSKI and for any content, instructions, data, approvals, settings, or integrations you provide or enable.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity performed through integrations or agent features you enable.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

We may limit, suspend, or revoke access if we believe your use creates risk for BOSKI, other users, third-party services, or the public.

BOSKI may use artificial intelligence systems to interpret instructions, generate outputs, summarize information, recommend next steps, create drafts, and assist with tasks you delegate.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving instructions, settings, outputs, drafts, and actions before relying on them. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

When you connect third-party services, BOSKI may act on your behalf only within the permissions you grant and the features you enable. Examples may include creating or updating calendar events, preparing drafts, summarizing information, organizing tasks, or assisting with email workflows.

Some actions may require your confirmation. Some features may allow automated or semi-automated behavior. You are responsible for configuring those features carefully and monitoring their results.

BOSKI is not a substitute for professional advice. You should not rely on BOSKI as legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, safety, or other professional advice.

BOSKI may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, email providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, or other productivity services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. BOSKI is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or their handling of your data.

You authorize BOSKI to access, process, transmit, and store information from connected services as necessary to provide the features you request or enable, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You may disconnect integrations or revoke access through BOSKI settings where available or through the relevant third-party account permissions page. Disconnecting an integration may disable related features.

You retain ownership of content you submit to BOSKI. You grant BOSKI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use your content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve BOSKI.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit content to BOSKI and to authorize BOSKI to process content from connected services.

You must not submit content or instructions that violate law, infringe rights, expose sensitive information without authorization, or cause BOSKI to misuse third-party services.

You may not:

• Use BOSKI to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
• Use BOSKI to send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive communications, or abusive automated messages.
• Use BOSKI to access, collect, or process data without proper authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to BOSKI or related systems.
• Bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions.
• Use BOSKI to generate, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Use BOSKI to make decisions that require professional judgment without appropriate human review.
• Misrepresent BOSKI outputs as human-generated where disclosure is required by law or platform rules.
• Use BOSKI in a way that violates third-party service terms, including Google policies or email provider policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information. By using BOSKI, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BOSKI complies with privacy, data protection, employment, communications, and other laws that apply to you and your organization.

If you use BOSKI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and to authorize BOSKI to process relevant data.

You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format by contacting support@whitestonelabs.org. We will fulfill such requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

Some features may be offered for free, as early access, or as part of a paid plan. If paid plans are introduced or enabled, pricing, billing periods, cancellation terms, and included features will be disclosed at or before purchase.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your use of paid features, if any.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue BOSKI or any feature at any time. We may also impose usage limits or restrict access where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operations.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by third-party services, internet outages, infrastructure providers, user configuration, or events beyond our reasonable control.

BOSKI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that BOSKI will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

You are responsible for independently verifying important information, outputs, schedules, messages, and actions before relying on them.

To the extent allowed by law, BOSKI and its operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or business interruption.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for all claims relating to BOSKI will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to BOSKI for the service in the three months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BOSKI and its operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of BOSKI, your content, your instructions, your integrations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using BOSKI at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, cause possible legal exposure, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including privacy, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and BOSKI agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not through class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version. The updated Terms will become effective on the effective date shown in the revised version.

If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of BOSKI after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
